We have catered weddings in private homes, rented halls and tented backyards. Our style is geared towards the customer who wants splendid food, attentive service and a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
We specialize in grilled foods at our outdoor parties: boned leg of lamb marinated with garlic and rosemary, salmon filets with pistachio basil butter, peppercorn encrusted beef tenderloin, and various delectable vegetarian entrees. We also provide freshly made hors d’oeuvres, side dishes, and bread to accompany your meal. Lastly, finish off the affair with our homemade pastries and a dazzling wedding cake. All of our food is made on the premises with the highest quality ingredients and, unlike most caterers, all of our breads and pastries are made from scratch daily in our all-butter bakery.
In this packet you will find sample menus for weddings. Of course, we can also design a menu to specifically suit your needs and desires drawing upon the many options we offer. Additionally, it is possible to order wedding cakes and other items to take home or have delivered.
If you should need a staff the cost of labor is $18.00 per hour per general staff member, $22.00 per hour per grill person, bartender, & lead staff member. We usually recommend 1 staff member for every 20 guests, depending on the menu, size, and formality of the event. Billable labor also includes loading/unloading & travel time. Should you need us to bartend there is a $1.00 per person alcohol insurance fee.
The following prices accompanying the menus are approximations, which will vary depending on the number of guests. The prices are based on a menu that is served buffet style. Should you desire table service the prices will, again, vary according to menu and guest count.
