    Sumatran French Roast: From Indonesia, probably the most full-bodied coffee in the world. A deep, earthy brew with moderate acidity and yet a spicy verve. Intriguing.

    Ahab's Revenge: A powerful, yet sweet blend of Sumatran arabica and robust (the world's first certified organic robusta!). Beware: contains the highest caffeine content of any organic coffee!

    Peruvian French Roast Decaf: A full-bodied, but flavorful and aromatic coffee. The best tasting decaf in the world!

    Italian Roast Espresso: High-grown Costa Rican beans provide a rich, hearty flavor, analogous to a good burgundy. Pungent acidity and a robust, full body.

Monday: NOCO2-The world's first carbon neutral coffee! A sweet velvet roasted Peruvian from Pangoa. We've calculated the entire carbon load from planting to drinking, and neutralize it with hardwood plantings at Pangoa. Fight Global Warming one cup at a time!

Tuesday: Uprising!- Rise up singing with this soft and smooth blend of Vienna roasts: Costa Rican (hearty), Peruvian (sweet), Nicaraguan (bold and dry).

Wednesday: Hazelnut Dream Decaf

Thursday: French Vanilla Kiss- A breathlessly smooth blending of all-natural vanilla flavor (really!) and soft Peruvian beans.

Friday: Uprising

Saturday: Hazelnut-A creamy combination-rich, all-natural (really!) hazelnut essence, topped with a splash of vanilla, roasted into a soft Peruvian bean.
